Soft College Leather Backpack

Don’t hesitate buying this real leather backpack! I looked at it for weeks and finally ordered it and I love it! I purchased the black and it’s so nice! Lots of room, lots of outside zippered compartments and looks more expensive that it was. So happy with this bag!

I am one of “those” women who can never have enough purses. So when I saw this one, claiming to be “Genuine Leather” I knew that I had to check it out.There are some pros and cons to this bag.I will start with the pros;-It is leather, though not a thick leather (this is a pro and a con).-It has pockets for days. They are varying sizes and therefore they have many different uses.-The stitching seems to be well done so far. There were no extra threads or loose hanging threads anywhere on this bag. I looked for the tell tale signs that they had glued areas, instead of taking the time to stitch them. Believe it or not this happens often and is a shame. This bag does not seem to have that shoddy work. That is a big plus for me.-Where the straps and rings attach to the bag itself, are well done. They are sturdy and will last.-The zippers are smooth and solid. These should last the life of the bag.The cons;-The straps are not all leather and I feel it detracts from the look of the bag. The strap that allows you to carry it as a purse looks cheap.-The liner is a drab brown color, they really missed a chance to add some color and style to this bag, in my opinion.-The bag doesn’t stand or hold its shape on its own, instead it slumps over, especially if you put something heavy in one of the front pockets. This is because the leather is thin and does not hold its shape.Lastly the strap that allows you to attach it to your luggage makes this less friendly for everyday use. If you travel often and are looking for a carry on bag that is versatile, has a lot of pockets and is easy to carry, this is a great bag. If you’re a mom who is out and about with kids and at work looking to use this as your everyday bag, it feels a bit awkward. There are all these extra straps that tend to catch on things, and they don’t seem to serve any real purpose, other than just being there.This bag has a lot of potential, and it the craftsmanship thus far seems to be holding up well to my everyday use, but it misses a few marks that would make it an exquisite bag.

I absolutely love this bag. The size is defintely on the bigger side, but perfect for a person who wants an oversized bag. I'm a mom of three and I wanted something big enough to throw snacks in and anything else I might need for an outing. I also use this bag for work in a professional office. It is stylish while also being practical. I'm enjoying this bag so much I am tempted to buy a second.

I’ve had some expensive Coach pebble leather bags and I’ve had some cheap leather bags, and this feels and looks like a very expensive one. The genuine leather is great quality. The zippers are all metal and slide nicely. Ample pockets. The material on the inside is very nice. I can’t convey my excitement over opening this package because it’s one of those rare occasions when what you get looks even better than the listing photo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
