We ordered two of these bags to transport suits for a series of seven interview trips (all round-trip flights).
1. Space: We were able to comfortably fit two full suit sets and several blouses in each bag. There is ample space for other items (shoes, belts, ties, office items, etc). If you're traveling light, you can certainly make the trip with this bag alone.
2. Wrinkling: We found minimal wrinkling in our clothes, despite the bags being folded and tossed around for multiple trips. At most, the wrinkling was isolated to the sleeves of some blouses and suit tops. I feel that when we learned to more carefully secure the sleeves using the integrated belts, it helped reduce that minimal wrinkling to virtually nothing. On a few of our trips, we didn't need to iron anything at the destination.
3. Size: We took the bags as carry-ons on United, Delta and Frontier Airlines (plus once as check-ins on United). They fit easily in each of those airline's overhead compartments. They also fit well on rolling suitcases for quick transport within the airport.
In summary, we have really enjoyed this product.

I purchased this garment bag to go on a trip to Europe. I packed it with a 3 piece suit & a lace wedding dress. Plus two pair of shoes and a tie/belt. I used it as one of our carry-ons. No problems going through security or airlines. Worked out perfectly, amazingly they were not too badly wrinkled just a little hot steam from iron and good to go. I am so very pleased with this item! I purchased it just in time for a 10-day business trip which required a suit and multiple sport coats/slacks. I packed 1 full suit, 2 sport coats with shirts and slacks, and 2 extra shirts inside the hanging area. In addition, many socks, 3 belts, 1 pair of running shoes, and 3 neckties within the inside pockets (very roomy pockets). Despite that volume, it closed easily and carried wonderfully through six airports over 10 days.

All I can say is I wish they made a larger version. I have wide shoulders, I am tall, and my suit on a hanger is longer and wider than the bag. Other than that, the bag is just what I wanted. I am returning because it is too small. My advice is check your suit width and length on a hanger before buying a suit bag.

Descent quality, however a bit short and your dress shirts will be folded over at the bottom, so plan on pressing them.

I had a black tie event to go to recently, and wanted my long dress, and two other dresses to arrive in good condition, plus be able to carry them on the plane. I was absolutely amazed how much I was able to out in this well made garment bag besides the dresses.( 2 pair of shoes, sweater, 2 tops, pjs, underwear and all my personal care products. There are a number of pockets, plus the two outside compartments. I didn't need any other bag. The best part was I did not need to iron anything! So, if you are looking for a garment bag, look no further as you will be as pleased as I am with my purchase of a 40 inch garment bag.

Beautiful bag, I received lots of compliments on it. Very nice workmanship and the leather portions do seem like real leather. It fit two suits with vets and a dress shirt, but can probably hold more. Everything was wrinkled but that’s probably par for the course for soft suit bags. It’s great for the price!
